You will be helped through the use of a strength=based approach, using these modalities: EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, Narrative Practice and Solution-focused therapy. Reiki, Meditation and Mindfulness services are also available through guided meditation sessions, retreats and Mindfulness - based stress reduction programming.
