I am a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of wisdom and experience to my role as clinical therapist. A Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I possess a comprehensive background in clinical therapy. My credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour from McMaster University and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto. Further training has been achieved through ongoing education in the following areas of expertise: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT); as well as completion of the Intensive Sex Therapy Training Program through the University of Guelph.
