They will complain if you're a few days lot on lot fees which are $700 a month and increase every year by $20-$30. They will put notices on your door if your grass is a few inches too long, if you have a trailer parked on your driveway (which is NOT obstructing anything) they will leave a notice and try to make you rent a spot in their storage lot. We had a couch on our deck which we got a notice we weren't allowed. We HATE this place and we are trying our best to get out of here. I will forever preach people not to come to westview village until i'm blue in the face. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
Westview Village prides itself in being one of the finest communities in the Edmonton Area. With 1060 homesites and approximately 2,700 people residing in the Community resident issues do areise from time to time. Management strives to handle resident concerns fairly and with professionalism and diplomacy.
A very unsafe place to live with neighbours who make it hard to live unharassed. Children and mothers who throw food out windows, toys thrown out windows and neighbours who will lie about what happened. They interfere ( abuse ) seniors who live in the park and get friends to write complaints to make the abuser appear to be the victim.
