My son and daughter in law were trapped in this park for 3 years. The lot rent was 575 per month. It includes nothing just the lot that your trailer sits on and a thousand rules. They had the park bring in and set up their trailer. Windows broke because of settling and it was supposed to be repaired and never was. The tub cracked because of settling and too bad. They were tired of it and listed with a realtor because they did not want to deal with the park sales people. They were not allowed to place signs in their windows. It took 2 years for them to sell. By the way happy face signs in the windows tell you the place is for sale. The park likes to make you think everyone is content where they are. Take a drive and count the signs and talk to people. Most are not happy
