You can have one dog not exceeding 17" or of their restricted breeds list, one dog and one cat, or two cats. Fencing of any sort is not permitted and that includes dog runs, tethering your pets outside in the yard that you pay good money for is not allowed either. Pets must be on a leash controlled by handler at all times while outdoors, what sort of life is that for a dog?
If you aren't a pet person this may be the place for you though I'll warn you that they have rules for everything and they love to leave notices on your door over the slightest breach, the plus side is that theft is very low in the community thanks to the abundance of drug dealers living in the area (who'd have thought drug houses would ever be a positive feature) but if you have or plan to have pets I highly recommend that you look elsewhere.

My experience with coachman village has not been a pleasant one, they are quick to threaten eviction for any minor issue such as danilions in the yard or damaged skirting caused by the fact that their lots are not set up properly causing your home to sink and shift like crazy then tape notices to your door to fix it at your own expense within just a few days or be evicted and its next to impossible to find a place to move a trailor that isn't brand new... Believe me we've looked into trying to escape coachman without selling our home.

A few years ago we received a notice saying we had to side our place with vinyl siding within 6 month or be evicted so we went and got a $7000 loan when we really couldn't afford to do so and had it done. You drive through the area today probably 3 years after being threatened eviction if we didn't side our home & coachman is still full of tin sided eyesores that our original siding had already looked much much better than. Needless to say Im very bitter about the unfair treatment.

Coachman does provide a nice little park for children, however it seems that no one actually supervises their children so they run rampant and seem to play everywhere besides the park. This one greatly annoys me because coachman does not allow fencing of any kind so that I cannot keep my sons toys outside without having random children constantly taking/playing on them or loose dogs peeing all over them (their pet restrictions & rules are also quite ridiculous). constantly having children running lose makes trying to take your dog out quickly almost impossible because they always see him and refuse to leave us and when we go inside the house some of these random children have even tried to follow us in. Ohh what i would give to have a fence, I don't care if its standardized fencing I would pay whatever it cost just to have the privacy and security of our possessions that a fenced yard would provide for our family.

Make sure if you are looking into buying a mobile home on a rented lot that it is not run by Parkbridge or you will be setting yourself up for quite a headache.
