Holder of a doctorate in organizational psychology, I have had the opportunity over the last decade to practice in the public, private and community sectors, as well as to teach at CEGEP and university. These experiences allowed me to assert my professional interests as well as to better understand the factors that allow people to flourish at work and companies to optimize their performance.
