unless you are prepared to lose your sanity and all your belongings. This apt. building is subsidized to criminal and mental patients whose noises reverberate throughout the building. Good luck getting a good nights sleep here, and don't let your children out of sight.
The building is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches. Within a couple of months here I've seen at least 20 mattresses disposed off.
The management is totally incompetent and will rip you off.
