We offer a 100% smoke-free & pet-free property, and strive to maintain a quality environment. We also offer a brand new Dog Park for your HSA friends!! We are now pet friendly. Dogs and Cats. All Animals register at petscreening.com. They issues a FIDO score (1-5; 1 being risky and 5 being the best). All pets have $25/petscreening.com annually, ESA and Service animals are $0. Pet rent is either $50 or $75 per month based on the FIDO score. $250 in pet deposit. $100 1 time Admin fee.
