Blue Water Park

I have lived here since October, 2013. The supers are amazing. Carol knows practically everyone by name and knows what units we all live in. The building is well maintained and if there is any sort of maintenance that is required in your unit, they are on it right away. My unit faces west and I absolutely love the view, especially on a bright, clear day. You can see the CN Tower. The snow is cleared as soon as it needs to be, the lobby is cleaned daily and the hallways on each floor are looked after weekly. Everything is updated. We recently had our fire safety updated and all equipped with intercoms in our units, so we always instructed verbally from the fire department as to what to do in the event of an alarm. After my husband left my son and I, we were forced to have to look for accommodations in an apartment and give up our house, but I can honestly say I actually call this home. It's not just a house. I love my apartment, I enjoy the other tenants in the building, and for the most part we all respect each others privacy. It's a great place to live...honest!

All the amenities you need. On site laundry and 24 hour grocery store across the street. Everyone is friendly and the supers are great.. Carol knows all her tenants by name. Fantastic views- we can see the CN Tower in Toronto from our balcony! The only thing I would consider changing is the outdoor swimming pool.. it's a little small and close to the street. The geese poop on the sidewalk but you can't do much about that. I've already recommended to friends to move in and I would definitely say the same for you.
