I trashed my suit the morning of a conference in Penticton. I talked to a pretty blonde lady and she got me a sick suit for a grand and got it adjusted that day so it was ready that night. Sweet blue suit, trim as hell, gave me a better price, highly recommend. I was sad to see how people had reviewed it so I needed to add my 5 cents! :-D

Was in Penticton for a week and checked out some of the shopping. It was better than i expected for the town, more what I'n used too. Best part, they had wine for me when i was trying stuff on! Good shop.

I've been a customer at Elliott Row's for years. The service has always been impeccable and the product is of great quality. My suits have lasted for years and I always look great on business trips among my peers who shop at stores like Harry Rosen. Definitely worth checking out!! Always my go to store.

I walked in trying to find some appropriate dress ware as I had a court case in town. To my utter disbelief, no one greeted me or even offered to help me while their employees were chatting in the back. I had to call them over to even get any service. Furthermore, they did not look to happy as I asked them a few questions about the fitting of a particular shirt. Maybe it was because of my race? I am of Asian descent.... As I saw two other Caucasian gentlemen get way better and more friendly service. The employee's name started with a M ... It's too bad I didn't take the time to get his first name. Anyways STAY FAR AWAY !

I went into this business as it came recommended to purchase a new suit, shirt and belt for a high profile case I was in town for . The service was horrible, the gentleman fitting me, had no clue on cuff length on a pant and the recommendation for a shirt after telling him why I was there was the worst. The recommendation for a shirt would have been great if I was wearing jeans and going out for drinks. I found the floor to be dirty, and dust on some garments.
I have read the above post and that is what has made me write mine now, as I agree with her. They almost made me look like a clown in court and in front of the cameras. So, if you have a special day coming up, do not trust them as I did, turn around and run, even across the road to the shop there.
I stopped at that shop while staying in your fine city a week or so later and the sales man picked the right shirt the first time, and got my cuffs perfect. A much better experience that Elliot Row Menswear.

We purchased a belt for our son for a concert while visiting B.C on buss. With my husband. We arrived home and noticed the belt was defective. I contacted the manufacture who forwarded it to the store above. The owner assured me and promised me my son would have the replacement in time, then at the lat moment asks for some numbers off of the belt. I was not home and asked my teen age son and told him how many numbers, I do not know why, maybe he was playing his game, if you have kids you will understand that, but he made up a number. She advised it was wrong when I got home I sent the correct number and description best I could. She then advises me she needs the merchandise because of the confusion first, knowing my sons belt will not make it in time, as we live in Ontario. The arrangement she made was I send this one back tomorrow and at same time she has factory send one, ensuring he gets it in time, not now. She has backed out of the deal she made, ruining either my sons concert or causing a delay in my flight to Germany, leaving me and my husband to travel separately and at different days and times.
I find this to be of very poor ethics and shows a poor character on her part. If I was anyone else having a special day, and counting on them, change it to somewhere else, do not lay your faith in this women or the company. She will more than likely ruin your day. In doing a search the company has changed names at least once, that should say something. Before using them, check the BBB, I know there are complaints about the company, PLEASE, don't trust her or them with your special day, I would hate to see a wedding or Graduation or even a Funeral ruined by them, don't even them them the chance to mess it up
