Dr. Robert M. Conry is from Birmingham, AL. He graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and was President of the School of Engineering. He graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and then remained at UAB for his residency and fellowship in oncology and hematology. Dr. Conry was an associate professor and scientist at UAB’s Comprehensive Cancer Center and Chairman of the Melanoma and Sarcoma Programs. He served on many of UAB’s councils and committees including the target immunotherapy group, gene therapy group, and the cancer center sarcoma and melanoma groups.
