Today our Manager of Brittany Apartments (230/240 Brittany Drive) sent a pest control contract person to my apartment and we did not receive a notice. Pest control person said you are not the only tenant today that did not receive a notice. I called management and Alisha Lewis told me it is standard procedure to charge a tenant $50 dollars whether they received a notice under their door or not. I have contacted the Property Manager Kim Morrison concerning this matter asking to receive an email from now on notifying me of any entry for workers/contractors and pest control . I hope they will take this matter seriously. This is the only way to solve this matter once and for all for all tenants moving forward.
Stay away from unit 705 (230 Brittany) and neighbor units, it is bed bug infested. I was in this unit for 18 months and despite treatments, you and neighbors never get rid of bedbugs. It is a permanent issue. Do not be deceived with their bed bug-free certificates!
The management is not responsive most of the time. If your time and money is precious, do not bother yourself dealing with this apartment issues.
