Tac Mechanical

NEVER CALL TAC MECHANICAL! They are filthy and rude and disrespectful. I have had 2 different employees in my apartment on two different days to fix a leaky hole in the ceiling of my bathroom right above my toilet. The first employee, Alan, spent half the time trying to converse with me about his children instead of working. He left a ton of debris behind him and tromped in and out of my apartment with his snow-covered boots, leaving puddles of salty dirty water on my hardwood floor. He was here for over two hours and told me that he temporarily fixed the problem. The "temporary fix" was duct tape wrapped around the pipe. It still leaked just as much as it did before.
Six days later (yes, it took them six days to send another employee while we lived with fecal-enriched water dripping from our ceiling - there is another apartment above ours with their bathroom above ours) I came home from school to find another employee in my apartment with 3 inches of his asscrack hanging out. He left just as much of a mess as the other man. His parting words? "I'll leave this for you to clean up."

--I live in an apartment building run by awesome superintendents who report to a property management company. It is the property management company who decides which company gets the contract for the plumbing working in their buildings. (That's GOLDVIEW ESTATES, you lucky tenants)
