As the other reviewers have said there has been jack hammering and endless construction for literally years and there is still no end in sight.
Meanwhile the building staff refuses to make basic repairs in my apartment. There has been a leak coming in from the outer wall for years now and they just kept repairing the damage but never actually fixing the leak.
Now they refuse to even repair the damage in my bedroom. I have filled out 14 maintenance request forms over the last 10 months and all of them have been ignored. I have attached photos of the current state of my walls and they have been like this for months.

**UPDATE 10/22/2016**
Well. After finally getting in touch with someone calling themselves the 'Building Manager' who assured me that he would take care of the problem still no repairs have been done. I left an admitting a somewhat angry message last night after another week of them refusing to do repairs. He called me back at 8am on a Saturday morning and I thought he was going to explain why still nothing had been done and instead he starting shouting at me and called me a ****ing piece of s*** and told me to never call him again.

The construction never ends. It is now 7 days a week. The noise and dirt are unbearable. The management does not in the least care about the tenants. There are many who are leaving but finding a decent apartment in this area is not easy. After speaking to one of the construction workers the work is expected to continue for an additional 4 years. There is no where in this place to escape the noise, the construction is happening on all sides of the building. From the bottom of the parking garage to the roof, which they are replacing. To catch up on my sleep I have had to stay with a friend for a few days. Worst mistake I have ever made was to trust the landlord and move in.

The construction continues. Unimaginable jack hammering that has been going on for over a year. I understand that this will continue for another 2 or more years. The location of this building is excellent which is why I moved here. I now have a cot in the kitchen where the construction noise is less than any other part of my apartment. I sleep there most nights during the week. I work late and need to sleep part of the day and have already lost a couple of days work because I have been to tired to report for work. I am looking for another place but vacancies are low in the downtown area. I know that most of the long term tenants have moved out with more to follow. I am on one of the 17th floor of the building and the construction is on the B2 level. The jack hammering can be heard and felt everywhere no matter what floor you are on. A terrible situation with an unsympathetic management. If you do decide to move in be prepared for a lot of noise and disruption.

I have to agree with the other reviews. This endless construction, jack hammering, mess and dust, which will go on for another few years is completely unbearable. Everything is broken and dirty in this building. The gym is so dirty and smells that it is impossible to work out there comfortably. Broken equipment and stolen weights. The building has endless water leaks, fires (sauna) and floods and fire alarms going off. The exterior walls in my apartment are falling in because of outside water infiltration. The parkay floors are buckling and coming up. Actually the list is endless. There is so much dirt and debris I have actually asked my parents not to come and visit. It is completely embarrassing. Luckily I will be moving soon. I have spoken to some others and they will be doing the same. The only plus to this building is the location.

Huge construction on the building all Summer. Jack hammering, banging and it just won't stop. Now it is carrying into the fall and will continue all they way through next Summer. The underground parking is a mess, with the ceilings being supported by metal posts blocking easy access to parking. For most of 2014 there were no real working elevators. People walking 20 floors down and 20 floors up. Finally they were replaced and they still don't work. The building is dirty and crowded and a hangout for homeless people. I think that anyone deserves better and certainly there will be no compensation from the management company. These place are expensive. I pay 20,000 dollars a year for leaky windows, bugs, broken floors, filthy hallway and the list goes on. The only plus is the office staff are wonderful people. However, they are powerless to change any of this.
