Dr. Emily M. Bienvenu earned her Bachelor's Degree from Louisiana State University in 2006. In 2010, she earned her Medical Degree from LSU Health and Science Center in Shreveport, which is also where she performed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology, completing it in 2014. After completing her residency, Dr. Bienvenu moved to Tennessee, where she practiced obstetrics and gynecology until 2021. Dr. Bienvenu is licensed to practice medicine in the states of Louisiana and Tennessee. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG). She has served on several boards over the years including, the Chairman of the Department of OB and Pediatrics at Sumner Regional Medical Center from 2017-2018 and Vice Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Sumner Regional Medical Center from 2016-2017. Dr. Bienvenu joined The Baton Rouge Clinic's Gynecology Department in January 2022.
