Dr. Blake M. Bourgoyne, a native of Brusly, LA, earned his Bachelor's Degree from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2015, and his Medical Degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) Health and Science Center - Shreveport in 2019. He completed his residency in Psychiatry through LSU at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge in 2023. During his residency, Dr. Bourgoyne was awarded Academic Resident of the Year in 2022, and he served as Chief Resident from 2022 - 2023. Dr. Bourgoyne joined The Baton Rouge Clinic's Psychiatry Department in the Summer of 2023 and is accepting new patients.
Dr. Bourgoyne is board-certified in psychiatric medicine and has a professional interest in addiction psychiatry. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana and is a member of the Louisiana Psychiatric Medical Association.
