We sent in some cattle for family, friends and ourselves. One one of the cattle they didn't follow the cut sheet at all. They didn't cut any T-bone/New York steaks that were ordered and there was a mountain of Round steaks and a huge pile of Stew meat packages. The roast were huge, too big for couple people. The people that this animal was for are extremely upset and we are forbidden to take any animal to this processor ever again.
