Why NOT buy a mattress any where else?
Problem is we go in and they were extremely pushy. Didn't seem to care that my husband and I only wanted to spend $700-800. Instead they are showing us a $3000 Foster & Sterns bed and giving us a mix and match sale price of $1700. I asked I save that much for the fabric to be a different color. The salesman didn't really have an answer seemed more surprised that we were questioning that. Then took us to a name I bnever heard of before Kingsdown. $2000 that we can get for $800 on a mix and match with one left in Ottawa that they have to clear out because it's sitting on a truck and they can't sell it. Well something must be wrong with it if they can't sell it and I don't want it. Very pushy we looked at other beds in our budget but they didn't really want to give us the time of day.
We felt we were buying from a guy trying to sell you speakers from the back of his truck. Not a good feeling. Oh we thought it must just be the salesperson so we went to the Taunton Rd. store and almost exact same thing just slightly different beds. I swear they must be robots told what to say or they make more if they sell you a certain bed.
