Have purchased furniture and mattresses at Comfort Plus, and before that Big Bill's. Have always been pleased with the quality and customer service.
I first purchased furniture from Big Bill's Comfort Plus in September of 2005 when I bought a wooden kitchen table and chairs. I experienced good service and vowed to return again.
I returned in December of 2008 along with my daughter who was moving into her first condo/home and purchased a bedroom outfit as her housewarming gift. Again I was pleased with the service. However, my most recent visit leaves me wondering about the state of customer service at this time. My daughter has now moved into a larger single family home and she was shopping for a dining room table with extension leaf and 8 chairs. She went to Comfort Plus and saw a set that she liked and then phoned me to go with her to buy it. We arrived at the store on Sunday, October 13 at 12:10 p.m. The sign on the door clearly stated that opening on Sunday was noon but the place was closed. We walked across the street and did some browsing at Walmart and returned about 12:40 p.m. The doors were still locked...No lights on in the store...No workers present when we walked around peeking in the windows! There was no sign anywhere indicating that they would be closed for the day. I can understand how a single worker/manager might have an emergency and be late to work but since there was not a single employee in sight I can only assume that someone messed up big time. We travelled to another furniture store in Guelph and made a significant purchase.

This is the only place we go to for furniture.
We just bought a leather couch and love seat recliners, my husband Lawrence will only deal with this store and recommends this store to family and friends because of the fact it is the best in K-W. :o)

Over the past 10 years I have purchased ALL of my furniture needs from Comfort Plus. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and prices are very competitive.
Great selection. Superb prices. Amazing service. We bought a Canadian made leather sectional on a Saturday afternoon. Asked if it could be delivered. All the delivery guys were done for the day so the owner himself, loaded it up and came to our house to deliver it. And then only charged us 1/2 of the delivery fee because my husband helped him with it.
