Platinum Spa

I bought a wagjag for laser hair removal for this clinic and made an appointment three weeks in advance for my first session because they could only take me monday OR Friday during hours that I work. I booked the day off, drove 40 minutes and got there and it was closed. I called and their phone went to a voice message saying they were open Monday to Saturday but nobody was in there. I waited for half an hour thinking somebody must have stepped out but nobody came. I received a call Monday with apologies saying there was an office emergency. I have since called to try and make a new appointment and now they only do laser hair removal on Monday's at 4:30 apparently. I have never heard of a clinic with such a ridiculous policy and it sounds very sketchy to me. I work during those hours and will
Not be taking another day off for this so I'm looking to get a refund from wagjag for the inconvenience. It's almost like they make it impossible so you lose out on your certificate.
