Debbie and the staff are so helpful. Debbie goes above and beyond to help you. This is the only pet store I will go to. I used to drive down from enniskillen to see Debbie as she is so knowledgeable and friendly. 10 out of 10 for sure. 👍❤️

This store is great! The level of customer service I received was amazing. I went in looking for a low maintenance fish as a first pet for my son. The staff representative was so knowledgeable and let me know everything I needed from food to cleaning/refreshing the water and even giving low-cost tank options. I was truly grateful for all their help. Whenever I need anything pet related, this will be my first stop!

Love this place to bring my newfie to get his bath. Always clean and well stocked for anyone to use what they need. I would only have one recommendation! Maybe adding some non slip mats to the stairs so it isn't so slippery for wet paws or shoes.

Wonderful pet store. I regularly take my dog to the self-serve dog wash, you can't beat $10 plus tax where they provide everything you need to get your pup clean, and they give them a treat afterward. Very friendly staff also.
