All of our attorneys spent well over a decade working for insurance defense law firms in Albuquerque where we spent years defending employers and insurance companies while trying to take benefits away from injured workers. After years doing this, each attorney in our office reached a point where we could no longer continue representing insurance companies. We felt compelled to open our law firm in order to take the knowledge learned trying to keep people from getting benefits in order to help New Mexicans injured on the job. We simply could no longer continue working for insurance companies and wanted to do good by helping people injured at work. We all enjoy helping our clients obtain good, solid results by ensuring they receive the workers' compensation money and medical benefits they are entitled to receive under the law, especially where they have not been treated well by the insurance company. We have 3 attorneys and 1 legal assistant. Typically, we see clients by appointment only, and we offer phone, video, and in-person meeting options. Our attorneys work as a team and assist one another whenever needed on each others cases to ensure our clients receive timely and efficient legal services.
