As a psychotherapist, I have had the honor, challenge and responsibility of working with people who come to me in some kind of distress, looking for a way out they have not been able to find on their own. My job is to help them navigate through their internal and external entanglements to arrive at an experience of peace of self and resolution of their problems. It is a very exciting journey, for patient and for therapist.
