Wellington Arms

I am a current tenant of this building and I highly suggest not to rent here. The staff and building manager are only available 9am to 4pm. Therefore, anyone who works inside of this timeframe (most people who work) has to take time off of work to even speak verbally to a real person about any issues in their suite. I really hope I do not run into any building emergencies!

I rarely leave reviews and this is a rare occasion where I feel moved to do so.
In every other rental unit I have lived in, which has been 6 in total, there was far better accessibility and someone always available even on weekends no matter what the issue even those that we're not emergencies.
