COURSE offers an 8-course chef’s tasting menu on Friday and Saturday, and a 5-course “choice of” tasting menu Tuesday through Thursday. Limited of • COURSE experiential dinners are offered throughout the year.
The beverage program features curated wine pairings and an extensive wine list led by Sommelier David Sanders, alongside an outstanding cocktail program by mixologist Justin Chard.
