Bought 4 photo facials. Never had this done before. First visit sent home skin to dark, the lady stated I should of been in for a consultation. Well why was I not told this. Second visit told she was behind waited 1/2 hr then went to the desk and was told she forgot about me, had my photo facial done by a miserable person. Thanks goodness for the sweet girl I had for the second and third one, but noticed it did not sting like the first and no results were noticed. The 4th one the girl informed me there would be a much stronger sting because a new light was put in. Sting was there not to bad and had great results. Phoned the manager the first girl and explained my situation of the 2nd and 3rd she said she would check into it, never got back to me. Phone the nice girl and she said she would o it complimentary. Went and it so happened the nasty girl was doing P.F. that morning. She gave me all different excuses and did my last P.F. If I was given a consultation to begin with and knew what to expect for results this experience would of been better but the nasty girl just wanted to give me a bunch of B.S and had a lie for every answer because her answers did not make sense. The worst experience I have ever had with someone who is apparently a specialist. NOT
