Meadows Apartments

Lived in this building for 1.5 years and the walls are definitely thin that you can hear your neighbor's phone vibrating. My suit was old and hasn't been renovated or painted at least 10years, the walls are cracking everywhere, my fan in the bathroom was so loud, but the rent is not much cheaper than some of the suit that were fully renovated. Our hallway had this spot where you can see the mesh on the drywall from applying it incorrectly or maybe rush job, ants and bugs are everywhere. Also they forgot to mention my plug for my car wasn't working for months if it even worked at all ($30/mth even though they apparently did a couple of repair on the plugs which was bs) and took them a couple of month to repair it and killed 2 of my batteries in the wintertime. The best is when I called to tell management that someone wrote a racist remarks on one of the big green garbage bin (I took pictures for evidence and considered posting it on social media), took them a month to clean it. Also for 6 months the fire alarm for the whole building would go off randomly at 2am for hours and not once the management apologize. And now the lady I talked to tried to brush me off when I asked about getting my deposit back (over 2 weeks later) and didn't even bother to ask for my info to check and when I tried to explain to her about not working because of covid19 and needed my deposit back so I can feed my kids, she hung up on me. Don't even get me started on the management turning away native families from my area, I know this because I worked in the school division and in the beginning I recommended the building to parents looking for a nice place, but after I spoke to one of the parents I was disappointed in how they treated her and her family.

Bad communication from the caretakers . I called more than 50 times without them picking up thier calls and they never reply to the voice message I left for them meanwhile my application stayed with them for weeks without and info. About anything from them . It's really bad . Really bad and makes me really sad . Sonny get better .

Lived here for 3 years. Quiet, peaceful, and convenient. Shopping was a block away, with lots of options.
Great management, Sonny was really easy to communicate with and repairs/maintenance requests were dealt with within the week. Great (huge!) private balcony on the 3rd floor suites, lots of storage in door and outdoor.

I am so happy I moved into Fairlane Meadows. the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Issue are taken care of right away no complaints here. Can be noise at times since the building is a wood structure. I would defiantly recommend moving here .....again great staff!

The management here is a joke. They say one thing then do another. Anytime you fix something yourself because they're unavailable, LOOK OUT. Here comes the threats of repair bills and other things. I had to miss work on two occasions because my lock broke and it took them two days to get here and fix it, when I put my own lock on I was threatened with locksmith fees and other crap. The resident manager/caretaker "Sonny" has demanded that people clean up garbage outside their units that contractors have left. There's much more I could write about but its best to just STAY AWAY. This place is a joke.
