I have lived here for almost 3 1/2 years, I find it to be a safe environment, large suites, and if you obey the rules of the Tenancy, all is well. Although there are some heating issues on the third floor, can get very warm up there, you don't have to use the hydro to heat it. There are the occasional car break ins, as it is an open garage, I would still recommend it.

I don't recommend the building. The pipes are really old and all taped up. Esbestos in the building. Cars do get broken into as there is no security features for the parkade. Some tenants experience milky water and the management down plays it. Carpets are always dirty and never cleaned properly. Cobweb and spiders all over the place. Its atrosious. Its about time the owner put money into the building instead of just taking the rents. The roof has leaks. There are silverfish in pipes and in sinks and cupboards. The heaters in the winter blow cold air in the hallwall. The building is sloping as well.

Pipes are all taped up and patched. The carpets have never been shampooed. Cars get broken into all the time. Drugs are infesting the building. Prostitutes live in the building. The rest are actually to high for a building that should be demolished. I think the city of Langley should investigate it and shut it down. the owner is a young punk that doesn't take about anything but money.

The buildings are NOT maintained, the rent is low because that is what you get - LOW everything.
Poor management, poor maintenance, poor neighbors. Smells, leaks, things do not get repaired.
