A graduate of the McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), Dr. Whitehead completed his residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency in Houston. Because he was inspired by his doctors as a child and teenager, Dr. Whitehead chose to become a physician.
