Moilliet Manor

I am the owner / Manager of Moilliet Manor. We purchased the property after the post below was written. We are very sensitive to the needs required by all tenants and have a good relationship with all of the people living in our property. The comment below made regarding the electrical / maintenance / cleaning is out of date and was perhaps not accurate at the time. Definitely all of the issues they have touched on are a priority for us. All systems have been upgraded including electrical, fire safety and heat / hot water. Fire systems are up to date from the fire departments inspections and the fire safety inspections we have annually. We take these responsibilities very seriously. We added a five CCV camera system with recorder around the building that is accessible to every tenant. This property is a source of pride for us that own it and that is evident in the way we keep the grounds, common areas and manage the on going duties required to provide a safe, clean environment for all. Moilliet Manor is a quiet environment with amenities available to simplify life. Please come and view our property we take great pride in it.

This could be a nice place but owner not doing any upgrades or needed repairs. Manager is very lazy and only does something when required. Halls vacuumed every 3 months. You can never get hold of her when there is a heating problem. This does not have to be if management replaced super and got someone who actually cared. Wiring should be checked as there are no ground fault interrupters in kitchen sink areas as required by code.
