The entire complex is extremely well-maintained, with regular landscaping, building upkeep and improvements, and seasonal clearing and salting of roads. The tenants, in general, are pleasant and quiet. The manager is personable, reasonable, and quick to look into any problem or concern. It really feels like he cares about the lives of the tenants who in turn care about where they live. It's like a small community.
