I have lived in Woodside Green for more than 10 years. My children were raised here. Very close to schools, shopping centre, grocery, gas stations, hospital. Great place to live.
Great location. close to Meyokumin and St. Richard Schools. Bus stop is at the end of the street. Close to Millwoods Town Centre Mall, the library and seniors/multi cultural centre. Close to shopping and restaurants. A quiet family neighborhood. connections to walking paths and green space.
I have rented here for 2 years now. There is a scary man that watches the parking lot over his fence and stares at you and another in unit 70 that parks 5 derelict vehicles along the street and NEVER moves them. You can also listen to him stealing rebar from his company every evening with the sound of metal smashing against his concrete back yard. And if he isnt doing that, he is strangely watering the community grass 3 times a day while peering in your windows... or cracking ice in the parking lot while doing the same. Honestly if youre looking to rent or buy, find a condo with some neighbors that understand privacy and respect.
