Peter A. Pizzarello, Jr., MD Dr. Peter Pizzarello, Jr. obtained his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, and then completed his orthopedic residency at the Tufts Combined Orthopedic Residency. Following his residency, he completed his fellowship at Tufts Sports Medicine Fellowship through New England Baptist Hospital and Caritas St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Massachusetts.
