i would like to acknowledge and say thank you to past and present office staff at Mayfair Place Apartments in Calgary . They handle your requests with concern and take prompt actions I have noticed and experienced professionalism when dealing with tenants and visitors.
When I moved in almost two years ago the office staff provided me a lot of assistance
in my safe and quick move in.
In December 2020 there was a fire in one of the suits the office staff handled all the tenants with a lot of compassion manner. the crowd control was handled swiftly and safely. The prompt information to the tenants who were supposed to be relocated was organized very well
They are an awesome bunch , a big hooray to our Mayfair Apartment Calgary office staff.

Only Reason I stayed that long is school my daughter liked was close and close to my wife's college.
When I rented this place they told me that they will paint this place which they never did. I requested to paint and clean the balcony which never happened. When rent was going up they never miss any notice to increase rent after lease agreement. When rent started going down never sent any notice for lowering rent at the end of lease agreement. Highly unethical. Lately they started renovating elevators and lobby which is good show. Never renovated or upgrade any thing inside the suite.
same leaking toilets and bathrooms fade of going down and complaining.
never appreciate good tenants no matter how long you stay. For new people moving in they decrease the rent and for people staying long pay more. System is the retarded.

I moved to Mayfair in 2013 and it was starting to get better now we have new elevators.It is now clean well run new upgrades daily and monthly.Swimming pool is clean and well looked after.
BUILDING IS NOW OWNED BY A NEW COMPANY. THEY HAVE BEEN STEADILY RENOVATING IT!! Bugs are gone---new floors in most units as they come available. They have been trying to weed through the 'bad'tenants and lets face it there were many. The new management is very approachable and helpful.
I lived in Mayfair Place between 2000 and 2008. It started out great. Eventually it became a complete nightmare. I moved out when the water in the showers started to alternately freeze and burn me. The management told me it was just my apartment, but I confirmed with other residents that about half were getting steady water temperature. Also, you sometimes have to literally wait over 20 minutes for the elevators (unbelievable, but 100% true). Eventually, management told me that if I did not like it, I could leave. So, I left.
I also hired a professional maid service to clean my apartment on my way out, but management told me that I left the place a mess and charged me most of my damage deposit. They also stole my deposit for my parking pass.
