Calzonetti and his R.E.A.L. program are a farce. He talked about being open and honest. We heard about team building and the value of every individual. Tell people the truth even if it hurts. Take responsibility for what you say and do. Own it. Move forward. After many uncomfortable days hurting each others feeling and watching Calzonetti doodle Christmas trees on scrap paper we achieved nothing. With in a year of these sessions our entire division had been reassigned, retired or fired. Thanks for your help Mr Calzonetti.
