I haven't rented a room here before but after an incident that occurred here while helping my friend move out there is no way that I would even consider renting an apartment here.
While helping my friend move out one of the employees was extremely rude when asking us which suite we were moving out of. I explained but he refused to believe what I said and claimed that I was 'bullshitting' him. I decided not to argue with him any further since he refused to believe anything I said. Needless to say, I will never consider this apartment complex and want people to know how they treat their customers.

I hear you and if you've read my review on Tamarack Woods you will see you and your friend are not alone in having crappy landlords. It seems in my opinion that these company's know that you gotta live somewhere and figure that give them the right to screw you over because most of the time there isn't much of anything they think you can do about it. What we all need to do is be informed and concerned renters and let them know that indeed the pen is mightier than the sword or in this case the keyboard as word of mouth can be the best or worst advertising for any business in today's day in age one click the world can know it all! Glad I am not the only one out there that just can't keep quiet about something like this, hopefully the new place is better :)
