Kingsland Gardens

We have lived here for five years and the apartment complex has deteriorated immensely. We have finally given up on broken promises from management and we are moving out end August 2021. Check back then for a scathing review, with details, examples and undisputed evidence of how this is a place to stay away from. Watch for my review after we move out.

Based on the previous reviews I think I'm lucky that the management changed at Kingsland Gardens. It's a nice rental now in 2015, honestly I enjoy living here. Considering this an older neighborhood with aging buildings, I think my unit is maintained well. Whenever I request repairs I get proper response from the management and they address the issues well on time.

I am completely agree with Krissy. Even now, September 2013 nothing is changed . The manager is very rude. I have never experienced such a behavior before.

This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in! I lived there from October 2010-October 2011 and couldn't wait to get out of there fast enough. I complained about excessive noise from the apartment next to me. Loud music, bass cranked every weekend (sometimes week days). Nothing was done. I constantly complained about the pot smell coming from the suite below me and into my apartment daily. Nothing was done. Secure doors propped open all the time and no one around or moving in or out, etc... Management there was useless and didn't seem to care at all. DON'T RENT A SUITE THERE!! What a dump!

I have been at this apartment complex since November 2011. starting April 2012, there are bunch of addicts and drunks who make excessive noise whenever they want (mostly midnight to 6:00 am)and landlord does nothing. This behaviour has affacted my life and my work. I slept 1.5 hours last night and I have splitting headache right now (only becuase of few stupid addiscts).

I give ZERO star to this apartment complex.
