Although the the location good, having lived here for about a decade....I've never had any maintenence issues dealt with in a timely manner.. if at all. There issues of mold that have not been addressed and be prepared to pay for your plumbing problems etc...
Hopefully avenue living will address these problems especially since the rent has gone sky high with no improvements .
