Capital Manor

The lady manager must be replaced. She is always very moody, unprofessional, not at all helpful and gets mad all the time for no reason. No doubt that we are witnessing many tenants moving out frequently and having a lot of vacant rooms. At first We even tried to help her by referring friends but her attitude and an inhuman behaviour makes us sick. Higher management should seriously reconsider revaluate her performance and even replace her when she's not doing any good to the tenants. We are not asking for any favors but at the least we expect to have a professional, helpful, understanding, friendly manager for ***'s sake!
