Baywood Park

I been at Baywood Park for 7 years and enjoying every minute living here it's great place to live maintenance is great they also take good care of lawn and garbage it's great family living

I lived in Baywood Park 1 year ago. My experience has been less than favorable. The staff was nice to deal with at first but are too busy and run down and become rude and complacent. The maintenance staff are unskilled and again over worked and forced to cut corners on repair work. There was black mold in the bathroom, and an "efficient" toilet that barely flushed anything (many tenants had issue with the cheap toilets installed). There was drainage issues in the kitchen, where the sink backed up constantly and left other peoples food and debris in your sink, coupled with a really bad smell that filled the air. The laundry facility was not kept well, white shirts were damaged by black oil stains after having been washed. Walls so thin you can hear you neighbor sneeze and so on. Very poor plumbing and construction throughout the newer style buildings and worse in the older brick style. All these issues and more, were on going and never rectified. Speak to a few tenants before making the choice. Over priced and sad quality living, very depressing.
