It has a mouse infestation and bed bug infestation

Do not rent here worst place/building to live in South Oshawa 😒 it should be the first building to be torn down and the so called manager just terrible will never live there again or ever recommend this building to anyone or family terrible here its a shame 😔 they even up the prices badly like really city needs to be called 100 more times on this building it's disgusting. They don't have a 0 star button but here's my star rating is with my post n 00000000000000 all the way. No star from me thousand times. I didn't give it a half a star website did that it by it self so shameful for them to have to give themselves a half a star on a comment 😕.

This apartment building should have been condemned! & tore down. But some how its still standing. Must have friends with benefits, with someone. Water has 4 different cycles, cockroaches, no maintenance help, had to buy my own battery for the fire alarm after a month, they say that the water was supposed to be fixed, they say that the elevator was supposed to be fixed. Fuck no the owner says I don't have funds. What do u do with the money u get u make at least 10,000 a month what the fuck do u own that u can't get shit done with apartment. I just moved in a month ago already ready to leave...

This building, and every building around this one is filled with the absolute scum of the earth. 100% of the occupants are welfare leaches who do nothing but smoke cigarettes and pot around their kids all day. There were a few mould issues while I was there. There were families blatantly abusing their kids. Every single occupant who has children should be investigated by CAS immediately, even though most of them already are. I would see families beating the hell out of their kids in a disgusting, filthy apartment, then the next day they spruce the place up and act normal because they know CAS is coming. The apartments were riddled with mould and animal feces. Drug addicts often loiter around the building. Most of the problems this apartment has is with the occupants, not the workers or apartment itself.

Firstly,I want to say thanks to everyone who did a review on here!! It saved me a lot of headache,as I was thinking of looking at renting in south Oshawa...
Secondly,I was talking to a landlord and they said if you give two months notice,prior to moving for your ladnlord to find a new tenant,then you can get out of your lease!! Finally,I am Eaurasian(part white and East Asian) and find some in Oshawa people tend to be kinda weird around Eaurasians with bigger eyes and curvier figures. :(
So,it may have been quite dangerous for me,after hearing the stories...

I have lived here for 3 years and I love the place. I have a very comfortable respirator mask that I love wearing so the black mould won't affect my breathing any more. That cough was nasty. On Friday nights I am able to get the best crystal meth in the city from my friend Letisha without going very far at all. People don't like mice? Well... I refer to them as my best little buddies, Chico and Betty.They even crawl over me and nibble my ear when I sleep.. cute and fuzzy little guys. Any food I leave on the kitchen counter is quickly snapped up by the cockroaches.They are so helpful with messes! I'm always cozy in the winter in my 2 sweaters,and I found a nice pair of gloves to wear at night when I'm watching TV....TV sure would be even better if the cable worked.The ladies in the stairwells on Saturday nights are friendly all the time to me and are always asking me if I want to have a date with them.They even are considerate of my schedule when they suggest a "quickie" would be good also. I don't understand all this negative stuff about the building,but maybe these people don't have the great happy pills that I have,and a nice social worker like I have.

The rent is inexpensive, the apartments are spacious, the people are friendly , pets are permitted, this building is close to the schools, shopping, bus routes to major areas of city, when I need to go to the Dr. office I just hop one bus and I am there.
Whenever I ask for work to be done in my apartment, it is usually done the same day or within a short period of time. I have lived here for 15 years and do not plan to move. As anywhere your home is what you make.

This is the worst building i have ever lived in the place is infested with bed bugs and mice the hallways smell like a mixture of strong cleaning solution and dog urine people deficate themselves in the stairway and it is left there for weeks at a time. The outside of the building is like a dog pound there is dog poo poo everywhere no one cleans it up.The police are here seems like every other day looking for someone. The manager beverly is the most rude and ignorant person i have ever met i am in a scooter and i was getting meds delivered every day so it was very easy for the delivery to come to side door she would jump out of her car take 5 steps to give me my meds the manager said to me as i am a large man dont use side door as when i drive over mat i squish the water out of mat onto floor and make a mess well is that discrimination or whatwho ever is planning on moving in BE AWARE BE VERY AWARE

This building is horrible, I feel like I have no where else to go and feel trapped in this apartment. I have mold, Ants, Bedbugs. It's so cold in the winter, because the windows are all wrong for Canadian weather. Hallway smells so bad and not much gets done when you put in a work order and when they do come they do little to fix the issues they more cover it up and hope it works. I don't recommend this building to anyone and anyone with children please don't live here it's unhealthy.

i have lived here since august i completely agree that this place is a dump and i wish to get out of my lease as well, or at least get someone in here to see that this building needs to be redone something needs to be done. or they need to get someone in here to take care of what needs to be done because i have aslo made complaints about this place and still nothing as been done i to have a 4 year old and pregnant as well and i do not want to bring a baby into this apartment. they should not even be aloud to rent these apartments out.

i have recently moved into these apartments and have made complaints to the buildings I have bed bugs, mice, and cochroaches. They keep telling me that they will take care of it and still nothing has been done! i signed a year lease and i need to move as i have small babies! i dont know what to do as the rent here is expensive and the living conditions are horrible! the hallway carpets smell like urine....so gross!!! anyone have any advice???
