Appliance Repair Atlanta

On 09/08/25, as I was wasting some clothes, the drain hose was dislodged from the hole in the back of my washing machine. I did not know this until my laundry room was flooded. I called NPR because I thought my machine was broken. When the tech, JR, came out, he discovered the drain hose unsecured, so he re-secured the hose with the plastic strap,,which was already there and charged me $240. I was willing to pay the $79 service call fee, which I understood from my initial call, but not $240, since he didn’t actually repair my machine. I questioned him about this, but he said that this was a standard repair charge. It was my fault for not getting anything in writing. I wrote a check, under duress, and I feel that I was taken advantage of by the company, since I am a senior. I spoke with Andrea, the office manager on 09/15/25 and she stated that there was nothing she can do, since I wrote the check. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
