I got a call from one of the representative service for not using my 1-800 service much often, which was charging me $0.07 for incoming Canada calls as they now want to charge me $0.95/month service fees which was not there for more than 10 years. Not only that I paid for activation of this service for $10 back then. You know what, I said you don't respect customers that old and want to go ahead and cancel the account, no problemo......
