Suk Yin Tse is his name, and carries on business under 'Windsor Typewriter & Locksmith' held himself out as Typewriter Repairman. I gave my precious 1940's Vintage Smith-Corona Typewriter for Repair/maintenance. He said couple weeks; it was gone or hidden, when I went to pay remainder of fees. Unfettered-Rogue Bailment-Law; Breach of Contract; Fraud; Misrep.
The defendant held, and continues to hold himself out as typewriter repairman, and locksmith. Obviously nowadays, not many do typewriter repair. I contacted him, he has a presence online, coba/doba Windsor Typewriter Locks, and also Windsor Typewriters & Locksmith. His garage is full of old typewriters/ parts, and locksmith stuff. So on or about Sept. 23. 2016, at 4:56pm, I attended to his residence, at Unit 35, 6110-138th Street, Surrey, BC. He operates out of his garage. Online presence indicates a Vancouver location as well.
This most-depraved-hearted-person, he was salivating at seeing my typewriter and its vintage and excellent condition, and clean underbelly. He was already telling me details of it, being a 1940's model.
I thought his excitement was rooted in his passion/hobby; little did I know the nightmare this person has caused.

He said it would take a week or so, mostly on sourcing the tri-colour ribbon, as the other issues were common he said. I said no problem, take your time, just do a super job, and spare no expense.
He contacted me fairly quickly maybe a week or less (not sure on that date for now) advising typewriter is all ready for Pick-Up, and I would be very happy, as he was able to find the special Tri-Colour Ribbon from the USA, and that all the repairs were completed with no problem. Will be only $100 more, cash only.
I said ok great, my parents live in Surrey, so I will contact you ahead of time a day or in the morning to advise when I pick up and pay balance.
He said ok, he would drive his wife to Richmond, or something so evening was best and on weekend, he said he has CHURCH, so that was not a good time. I said no problem.
So, on Nov.27, 2016, I called this man (an inhumane being - as I would soon learn), and said I was at my parents' place in Surrey and I can pay and pick it up now, and I was with my young child (who loved the Typewriter and would type stories), his birthday present was to be the repaired Typewriter. He advises on the telephone, to my dismay, saying words to the affect, "..Oh, it's gone, I don't have it anymore." I was almost having a heart-attack, and said 'what do you mean? I will be there in 5 min..
So I attended at his residence just after 4pm, and His Litany of Lies commenced. I have parts of this conversation video-recorded, and he said various things, like, oh, it's gone. then, later, no, you picked it up, then oh I don't know, you look in the garage, It's not here anymore.

I was actually in tears, I said look, I don't care, if you need more money, I need my typewriter back. I said I will contacting the Police, you are a thief.
This man is sick, and hold himself out to the public.
