On the weekend of June 12-14,2014, a ldy fell on the bike path near your store & an off duty nurse came in & requested a little bit of ice to put on the women's leg & you flat out said "NO". You took her $3.00 for a bag of ice (even though you followed her outside to see if she was telling the trueth & you found out she was). We are a tourist town & compassion for our fellow man I would think would be a given but as your business proved, you have none! I have sent e-mails to all my friends, family & co-workers & even posted it on my fb page to shop anywhere but your store. The lame excuse by youyr staff (in writing) is you may be sued if you provided ice as then it shows a committment by your store. Your employee continued to write on fb that your store would also have file a ton of paperwork for a handfull of ice & that you are not allowed to provide anything free! Give me break as the first rule of first aid is the legislation to protect under the good samaritans act!!!!! I have lived in Drumheller for my entire 50 years, was a loyal customer up to this weekend & will never darken your door again!
