When customers are checking out, it would be nice if we could see what the prices of our items are.
This is not so much a comment towards the business itself as it is more specific to the staff working in your Bayfield street store. I was in your store shopping on Friday, April 16 when I saw a female staff member approach a couple and say "I need to ask you to leave." To which the female customer replied "why?" She was told by the female staff member no not you, him. Again the female customer asked why? To which the staff member replied "we got a complaint about him walking past her cart." The customer then asked if this was for real. The staff member replied "yes, and I need to ask you to leave. Another customer unrelated to the situation stated "this is stupid!" I work in retail as a manager and am thoroughly disgusted at how this staff member treated these customers without any explanation. If this is how this company allows thier staff to treat the public I for one will not return to this store. Nor will I tell anyone I know to frequent this store. This situation has me wondering if these is how they treat all thier customers.
Sincerely
A disgusted and disappointed former customer
