I ordered an item online and when I received it I was very pleased with the purchase. After one day the item proved to be defective. I contacted the customer care via email and received a response back within 12 hours suggesting I try new higher quality batteries. Initially the suggestion worked but again the unit failed after a short time. I again contacted the customer care (Laurie) and she expedited shipping of a higher quality unit to replace the part of my order that was malfunctioning, complete with a return shipping (prepaid) label to return the defective unit. It took a total of 2 emails and 3 total days for me be made completely satisfied (all within a week of christmas). With customer service at an all time low for most companies, Laurie excelled and has earned my repeat business!

And it was my girlfriend's bachelor-ette party later that weekend, and I thought I'd surprise the girls with something entertaining.

I walked in around mid-day and after browsing a little, I was approached by a stocky man in his 40's. At that very moment, he kinda smiled for a second and his phone rang and I guess it was his friend because after he picked it up he suddenly asked "so now you want me eh?" it was in a way so that his friend could deffinatly hear. I laughed it off and without knowing what to say he asked if the girls at my party had the same taste I did. I was honestly kinda confused because I don't know if this is a joke with his friend that he was still talking to. Under a laugh I replied " what taste?" And he said that kinky taste with this smile that creeps me out until now.

Long story short, I just ended up buying some shotglasses but wow...he tried to squeeze answers out of me about the party, He tried to sell himself to me instead of doing his job. I honestly felt guilty in there when he spoke. If I ever have to go in there again I better be with my boyfriend.
