Customer service has gone out of the window in this store! Just because this is the only place which carries a decent selection of non-standard sizes, doesn’t mean that you should stop delivering great customer service. My sales lady was rude, uncooperative and was not inclined to answer my questions. Once we started the fitting process, she was a lot more helpful. Still her sharp mannerisms and lack of general care left a sour taste. I ended up buying two undergarments from her since I didn’t really have a choice. Normally, I would have walked away. I am not coming back, though, I am sure I will be able to find another store somewhere during my travels.


to CATIEMOR: I phoned ahead to let them know I was coming in a week and asked for an appointment for specific garments. They only had 2 choices for me when I came, even though over the phone they told me that they have a LARGE selection of what I was looking for

Went to Mariannes for a sizing and was pleasantly surprised at how tentative the staff was. The choice was abundant and the help was beyond what I would have expected. Bought four bra's and would recommend it to anyone!

Poor excuse for a mastectomy boutique. Went there today to buy a mastectomy bra and they had only one in stock in my size 34B and black to boot. Yelled at upon leaving store by being told that I should have phoned ahead. I am from out of town and that I would get some understanding help but they only wanted to cater to people spending money on regular products.
