Eyelet Dove

I absolutely loved the service in this store - friendly, understanding, efficient, and all around fabulous. A very personal and individual approach. As well as finding something that made me feel absolutely gorgeous, I did not feel uncomfortable or embarrassed at all, although I am very shy. The store owner is a dream come true to work with. A great place to come if you're interested in discovering what "perfect fit" means. I had a wonderful experience at Eyelet Dove, and highly recommend it. I will definitely be going back.

Terrible customer service! I called the store to see if they carry a particular brand of swimwear. The woman I spoke with told me that they did, and that they had three in the store. I asked for her to describe them. She said she could not as they don't have an item number or description. I then clarified that what I wanted was a physical description of the suits. She reluctantly provided me with the description of one of them. I told her what I want interested in. She told me she had one of another brand in stock that would interest me. She described it, and I was interested. I asked her for the price. She refused to tell me, indicating that she could not provide it to me. I was confused and asked if it needed to be ordered in, which was perhaps why she could not provide me with the price. She said that it was in stock, but that I needed to come into the store for a price. She was rude and condescending throughout the entire conversation. I am a busy professional and was not going to waste my time. As a result, I spent my $300 somewhere else. I was amazed that a business can survive when they treat their potential customers like this.
