Kanwar Limousine

I ordered a Limo from Kanwar Limosines for Dec 1, 2007. The pick up was from Etobicoke to Mink Nightclub. When the limo arrived he told me to pay all amounts in cash plus gratuity before he would take me anywhere. I found that fishy, he said do it or get out...i payed. When my pickup time was close, which was 3:15am, i called the Limo driver who told me he was not coming back. He stated his limo was not working properly and then he hung up the phone and turned it off. I called and called the company with no reply. Luckily for me the employees of Mink Nightclub felt sorry and let us stay inside until 4:30am because it was snowing and cold and 4 of my guests including myself was wearing a dress and opentoe shoes. What ended up happening was that it was inpossible to hail a cab seeing we were out of the main club district and cabs were scarce from the snow storm...I stayed in Toronto on the streets until 8am approximately until we finally found a cab. That cab cost $75 to get home and Kanwar Limosines refuses to refund me in anyway stating that a Limo was there at 3:30am and nobody was at the club...funny cause the club closes at 3:30 and the bouncers were outside until 4am. So all in all DO NOT EVER CALL THIS LIMO COMPANY...I AM SUING THEM!!! I am now diagnosed with "Walking Pnemonia" and they dont give a damn. If you want this to happen to you on your Birthday or any other special occassion, hire these scam artists. If not STAY AWAY!
